Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Partial Cancellation Charges
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% retention charge on the total booking amount.

3. Late Cancellation / No Show
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive, will result in 100% retention of the booking amount.

4. Peak Period Policy
Bookings during weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons may be non-refundable or partially refundable, as specified at the time of booking.

5. Date Modification
Modification requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 5 days prior to check-in.
Any rate difference will be applicable.

6. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
