Resort Policy
1. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Guest Identification
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
- The primary guest must be 18 years or above.
3. Occupancy Policy
- Room occupancy must not exceed the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
- Additional guests may be accommodated with prior approval and applicable charges.
4. Visitor Policy
- For the privacy and safety of in-house guests, outside visitors are not permitted inside rooms or stay areas.
5. Food and Beverage Policy
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the resort premises.
- Guests are encouraged to use the in-house dining facilities, which offer curated local and multi-cuisine options.
6. Alcohol Policy
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas, subject to local regulations and resort guidelines.
7. Pet Policy
- The resort is pet-friendly in select accommodations only.
- Guests must inform the resort in advance and comply with pet guidelines.
- Any damage or disturbance caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
8. Conduct and Noise Policy
- Nisarg Resort promotes a peaceful and nature-centric environment.
- Loud music, parties, or any form of disturbance is not permitted without prior approval.
9. Safety and Property Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and resort property.
- Any damage caused will be charged accordingly.
10. Activity and Outdoor Areas
- Guests are advised to exercise caution while participating in outdoor or nature-based activities.
- The resort will not be liable for injuries resulting from negligence or unsafe behavior.
11. Parking and Valuables
- Parking is available within the premises; however, vehicles and valuables are parked/stored at the owner’s risk.
12. Management Rights
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission or request a guest to vacate the premises in case of non-compliance with resort policies or inappropriate conduct.
